Great condition for older rv. I've taken care of this unit for the 9 years I've had it. Something needs replacing it was replaced. 6 new tires, major items like water heater, converter. Never had trouble with the fridge. Only brake down was a flat tire. Lots of cargo space. Exterior showed its age but it won't brake. Moving north and camping seems like hard work for my wife and I anymore. The cab a/c doesn't work. I have receipts and maintenance records. Generator works Great. No awning or hydraulic level jacks. No roof leaks. Strong V10 engine with 48,500 miles.
