What you'll be doing:
Military housing unit turns: prep, patching, punch-list support, cleaning support, material staging
Assisting painters and COM (change-of-occupancy maintenance) techs through the turn sequence
Following site-specific safety and quality standards on a federal installation
Working from a required 10-page Make Ready / PM checklist — permanent, auditable file
What we need from you:
REAL ID-compliant driver's license OR valid U.S. passport (non-negotiable for base access)
Ability to pass a background check for DBIDS / base access
Prior interior construction, turn, or maintenance experience (residential or light commercial)
Reliable transportation to Pax River
Own basic hand tools
