• Assist with making our signature cakes (Merveilleux), meringues and waffles
• Assist with viennoiserie production: croissants, pain au chocolat, brioches
• Supervise sales, take reservations, pack orders, serve customers and help with front-of-house service
• Evening cleaning, shop upkeep and dishwashing
Details:
• Part-time, up to 28 hours per week, 4 days per week (at least 1 weekend day)
• Salary: 1,500 yen per hour
• Start: mid-January to February
• Minimum commitment: 6 months
• Great location: Kagurazaka, Shinjuku. Accessible by the Oedo, Tozai and Yurakucho lines.
• Amazing work environment and a friendly team! About 25 people, all from different countries!
• Daytime shifts only: 8:45am-4:30pm, 11am-8pm or 9am-6pm
• Chance to practice English or French, and Japanese
