Mi Cafe, is a kosher Italian resturant looking for a **Waiter/ Server** to join us! Job is Sunday-Thursdays. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to use a POS system. Minimum 1 year prior waitering experience. Please send resume.
**Responsibilities:**
- be a friendly and responsible waiter with excellent customer service skills.
- must be a clear English Speaker and confident with people.
- be an excellent team player and hard worker
- be capable of learning the menu, understand dietary restrictions, and describing and selling food to clients.
- be able to use a POS system accurately and correctly
* Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
* Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with grace and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and neat pristine dining area, including table settings, glassware, and silverware.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent presentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
