23 year old grade mare potentially in foal - $1,500 (Parma)

I was told she was sound to ride. That is not the case. She is fine for kids but definitely uncomfortable when adults sit on her. Doesn't do anything nasty she just pins her ears. Not spooky, very sweet, in your pocket, loads, ties, and stands great for the farrier.
Up to date on teeth. Just had them done this spring. Was told shes 23 years old by previous owner and vet estimated 23-25. Was turned out to be bred in August. Again can not gurantee if shes in foal.
She is a super sweet mare but I have too many horses. She is great out on pasture. Gets along with all of my other horses. Is more of a low man on the totem pole.
