Antique Ford tire pump. Brass-barrel variants were supplied early on in the Model T production era (primarily by manufacturers like the Bridgeport Brass Co.) and are much more desirable to automotive collectors than the common steel versions.

Assuming the footrest is stamped with the "Ford" script logo, a brass-barrel version generally values between $50 and $150 depending on condition:
