The model (650/F) was built in October 1998. the original sale price was around $16,000. The fridge came with the home we purchased and worked well for some time. Unfortunately, the compressor started having issues, and a 200$ part was needed. My wife and I decided to upgrade our kitchen overall with all new matching appliances. I had a sub-zero technician come out to look at the fridge the technician stated it would be around $1,000 for him to fix. He mentioned anyone handy in HVAC could buy the $200 part and install it fairly easily and have a fridge that would outlast their home. The fridge is built like a Cadillac, the panels on the front can be replaced with any type of color or finish and the door can be swapped over to facilitate left or right open. The fridge still turns on without issue and is in great shape overall. The technician stated with the new part, the fridge would easily run for another 25 to 30 years without issue. I have too many personal projects to take this on as I had planned. $900 OBO. Refurbished models of this fridge go for around $5,000 to $6,000 sometimes more. text is ok, two zero seven 632- six two four six
