Outside Sales Representative — Commercial Cleaning | North Jersey

We're a commercial cleaning company serving North Jersey, and we're looking for one strong salesperson to grow with us.
Here's what makes this different from most sales jobs: janitorial contracts don't end. When you land an office building, a medical practice, or a warehouse, that account bills every month — and you get paid on it every month, for as long as they stay with us. Close steadily for a year and you've built something that keeps paying while you're closing the next one.
What your day looks like
You're out in the field, not stuck on a phone in a cubicle. You'll drive your territory, walk into buildings, and talk with office managers, facility directors, and owners. You'll walk the space, put together a proposal, and close it. Your schedule is yours.
What we do for you
Everything after the handshake. We hire and manage the crews, buy the supplies, handle scheduling, run quality checks, and do the billing. When you sell an account, you don't inherit the headaches — you just get the residual. Our job is to keep your accounts happy so your income keeps growing.
Who tends to do well here
People who've sold recurring B2B services: uniforms and linen, pest control, landscaping, waste hauling, office coffee and supply, security, or alarm systems. You already know these buyers and you're comfortable walking in cold. If you've got relationships with facility managers in this area, even better.
You'll need your own vehicle and you should be local — this is a relationship business and it's built in person.
Compensation
1099 independent contractor. Commission on every contract you close.
Estimated first-year earnings of $75,000–$100,000 depending on effort, with no cap.
