About the Position-
-We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and personable bartender/server to join our front house team in a welcoming small-town establishment.
-This is more than just pouring drinks—we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know regulars, creating a great atmosphere, and taking pride in being part of the local community.
What You’ll Do-
-Run day-to-day bar operations and set the standard for excellent service
-Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
-Handle cash, tabs, and end-of-shift procedures accurately
-Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable laws
-Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment
-Help develop drink specials and seasonal offerings
-Address customer or staff concerns professionally
-Lead by example and help create a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
-Previous bartending experience preferred
-Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar service
-Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent customer-service skills
-Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
-Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Must be of legal drinking age and meet all applicable alcohol-service requirements
