This home is for rent starting Nov 1, 2026.   It is a nice small home, but a fixer upper and needs tender loving care.  

2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Square foot 1528. It has a private entrance and gate and lies on 18 acres of land!   

Rent is only $1500 a month and I am looking for the right person to start a lease and to keep maintaining the house as they go  

Looking for 1 year lease and then can extend yearly after that.
