We're hiring dependable, motivated people for our Field Team, from entry-level laborers to experienced builders and supervisors. This isn't just a job; it's a path to lead or foreman for the right person.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What you'll do:
• Walk homes and check quality against our standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and keep work on schedule
• Handle punch-list and corrective work
• Solve problems on-site instead of waiting to be told
What we need from you:
• Show up reliably, ready to work
• Take ownership without needing constant direction
• Communicate well and follow through
• Want to grow? Advancement is based on performance, not tenure
Entry-level? Bring work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Experienced? Framing, finish work, QC, or supervisory background is a big plus.
