Recommend Plumber For Dishwasher

Hi I have a LG dishwasher model LDFN454HT and it isn’t running properly. It also does not drain; 0E error code appears. I just learned that I don’t have an air gap either. Anyone know of a good plumber place to help? If so, please let me know! Thank you!
