Approximately 20-30 hours per week
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work. Veterans, retired or semi-retired tradespeople, and experienced maintenance professionals are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
• Walking the property and keeping exterior areas clean and presentable
• Maintaining parking lots and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Changing HVAC filters and assisting with basic preventative maintenance
• Replacing light bulbs and handling minor maintenance items
• Painting and touch-ups/office turnaround
• Basic handyman repairs
• Checking doors, locks, restrooms and common-area fixtures
• Reporting larger plumbing, electrical, HVAC or building issues to management
• Assisting with small tenant-related maintenance requests when authorized
• Helping keep the overall property clean, safe and well maintained
This position is primarily preventative maintenance and handyman work.
Requirements:
• Dependable and trustworthy
• General handyman or property maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Able to communicate by phone/text and send photos of completed work
• Must be local to the Palm Harbor / Clearwater / Tarpon Springs area
Schedule can be coordinated, but we are looking for someone who can consistently provide approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Independent contractor / 1099 position.
