The home is located within walking distance to a supermarket, banking, restaurants, sports bars with a bus stop very close.
It is also very close to downtown Palm Harbor with restaurants, sports bars as well as many events.
The home is also close to the
Pinellas Trail and a 6 minute walk to the beach with a fishing pier.
The monthly rent is as follows: $950.00 plus $950.00 securety deposit.
The rent is due on or before the 1st of the ( you will receive a receipt ).
