Participates in all activities related to inside and outside member/guest services. Activities may include serving as a club house attendant, and janitorial services. Responsibilities also include greeting and interacting with members/guests and providing information and/or assistance as appropriate.
Essential job functions:
• Make sure everything is clean (Hotel ready) such as restrooms, clubhouse, pavilion, and etc.
• Assist with restroom issues on the golf course, pavilion, and inside the clubhouse.
• Checking the restrooms on the property, restocking the toilet trees. Sweep and mop the clubhouse and the game room.
• Make sure the teak tables are cleaned on the Pavilion and on The Let’s Flamingo.
• Clean mirrors, and wipe down the walls.
• Bring linen to the clubhouse for events, and pick them up in the hallway by the kitchen the next business day.
• Communicate with Marketing, F&B, and the GM to decorate for upcoming events. Which he or she will be included on BEO’s.
• Advise the GM when supplies are running low to reorder more.
• To wash and stock up linens and towels for F&B and Golf.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
• The co-worker can be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Friendly demeanor with experience in customer service
