- Painting, preparation, and touch-ups
- Sheetrock, taping, joint compound, and sanding
- Tile installation and grouting
- Flooring installation
- Moldings, baseboards, and trim
- Cabinet installation
- Door installation and hardware
- Soffit and fascia work
- General carpentry, finishes, and punch-list work
