Are you an experienced and EPA/HVAC certified Maintenance Technician? We are hiring immediately for dependable, hard-working techs to join our team in local apartment communities. Skip the long commutes and weekend shifts – we’ve got flexible, steady work ready for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
Complete make-ready units and maintain common areas
Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Provide professional, courteous service to residents
Respond to emergency maintenance calls (only if needed – no on-call required!)
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of property grounds
Job Requirements:
EPA or HVAC Certification REQUIRED
At least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Must pass background check
Experience with installing ceiling fans, outlets, light plumbing/electrical
Bonus: Spray painting, pressure washing experience
