Aloha, we are NUKA, a small but established sushi bar and izakaya located in Haiku on Maui’s north shore. We are currently seeking a prep chef to join our sushi prep team.

Our ideal candidate is a reliable and organized individual with excellent knife skills. Duties include preparing sushi rice for daily service, vegetable and protein prep and sauce prep specifically for our sushi bar. You report directly to our head sushi chef and fellow sushi chefs. Pay is hourly and includes tips. Possibility for full time work for the right individual.
