I work with a local rental agency, and we are currently looking for someone reliable to provide basic yard maintenance and upkeep for rental properties in the Lower Puna and Hilo areas.
💰 PAY: $50–$100 PER YARD, depending on the size and work required.
Duties may include:
• Mowing
• Full-service weed whacking
• Branch trimming as needed
• Spraying herbicide when necessary
• Cutting back overgrowth entering the property (trees, bushes, etc.)
• General yard cleanup and upkeep
🛠️ MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PROPER TOOLS & EQUIPMENT, including:
• Weed whacker
• Lawn mower
• Wheelbarrow
• Hand tools
• Other basic yard maintenance equipment
📋 Requirements:
• Must be willing to complete an application
• Must provide references
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must be reliable and able to maintain properties as needed
