I offer two convenient options to help you sell your unwanted furniture:
Option 1 — 30% Commission
I will photograph/list and advertise your furniture on my private site and other selling platforms. I will communicate with interested buyers, negotiate the price, and handle the selling process until a buyer agrees to purchase the furniture.
Once the sale is agreed upon, I will provide you with the buyer’s contact information so you can arrange the pickup and payment directly with them.
My service fee is 30% of the final selling price, payable to me after the furniture is sold.
Option 2 — Full-Service Selling — 50% Commission
If you are busy and prefer not to deal with buyers, I can handle the entire selling process for you.
I will advertise the furniture, communicate and negotiate with buyers, arrange and coordinate pickup, meet with the buyer, and handle the payment transaction.
My service fee is 50% of the final selling price. After the transaction is completed, I will provide you with your portion of the money from the sale.
