Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Mon - Thu, 5AM - 3:30PM (OT Fridays)
Swing Shift: Mon - Thu, 3PM - 1:30AM
Weekend Shift: Fri / Sat / Sun 5 AM - 5:30 PM
What You Bring:
3+ years production MIG welding on steel
Blueprint reading and solid shop math
Eye for detail and pride in precision work
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Familiar with job-shop production and inspection equipment
What You'll Do:
Weld components to blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Hold tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
Use measurement tools to back up your work
Cross-train as needed
Physical reality of the job: on your feet up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime when it comes up.
