Still works except missing the limiter strap/chain, which limits how far back it tilts. It originally had a heavy duty strap which wore out. We continued using it with a chain we happened to have around the house but we would like to keep that particular chain. Sold as is, new owner would need to get something to replace the limiter, like a chain from Home Depot.
The base can fold so that it doesn’t take up as much room (see last photo)
