🌾 LAND WANTED — LOOKING TO EXPAND OUR FARM 🌾
We are actively looking for 5+ acres of land to expand our farm and build toward our future goals.
📍 Preferred Area:
Ozark, Missouri & surrounding areas
Ideally within 50 miles of Ozark, MO. We prefer to stay in Missouri, but we are willing to consider the right property just outside the area if it is reasonably close.
🏡 What We're Looking For:
• 5+ acres — more acreage is welcome
• House already on the property is NOT required
• Rural/agricultural property preferred
• Property with room for livestock, poultry, gardens, and future farm expansion
• We are open to properties that may need some work
💰 OWNER FINANCING / CONTRACT PURCHASE PREFERRED
We are specifically looking for a property where we can work directly with the owner rather than going through a traditional bank.
We are interested in discussing a private owner-financed purchase or land contract with reasonable terms that work for both parties.
We are serious about finding the right property and are willing to have a conversation with landowners who may be open to an alternative to a traditional bank sale.
