Kindling Splitter / Cutter Wanted (Northwest Baltimore)

I'm looking for a simple kindling splitter / cutter with which I can split logs and make kindling for my fireplace. If you have one very reasonably priced please will you send me a picture and the price and let me know what area you're in? I want a manual one, please -- the kind that's basically a sharp edged steel or iron wedge in a ring on which you put a piece of wood lengthwise and then hit with a sledge hammer. I've attached a picture of the kind I'm looking for. Thanks.
