This is a Pullrite Super 5th wheel hitch that pins into standard bed rails. The bed rails are available at almost any rv dealer or hitch installer.
This hitch is rated at 24k lbs.
It has been well maintained.

I also have a Reese gooseneck adapter that will be included if it hasn’t already been purchased through another CL ad.

The adapter pins into the same bed rails if you have a need to pull a gooseneck trailer.
