Required skills:
• Ability to prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching drywall, caulking, and priming.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and siding.
• Operate and maintain paint sprayers and other painting equipment.
• Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment while adhering to company safety standards.
Job Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of tools and home renovation
• Pass background check
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required
• Physically capable of laborer duties
• Team player who can work independently
