For sale is a home wine making kit. I originally purchased the kit from Fulkerson Winery (Seneca Lake). Their kit is primarily for their customers that buy bulk grapes or bulk juice from Fulkerson. I was growing my own grapes.
The original kit includes:
• 7 gallon food grade PVC pail for crushing and fermenting (max working volume is 5 gallon)
• Two 5 gallon Italian glass fermenting / aging /storage bottles
• Hydrometer and flask to measure density (BRIX)
• Two bubbler seals for fermentation gases
• Rubber stoppers
• Multiple yeast supplements
• Fulkerson catalog is very useful for wine making
Since I was harvesting my own grapes, I added:
• Manual SS grape crusher
• Refractometer to give quick est of grape BRIX during ripening
• Two unused oak stakes for aging wines
• Multiple cleaning brushes, measuring cups, funnel, filters, etc.
• Well used book about growing grapes and making wine.
