This is a NEW equalizer complete set-up. Has frame bracket kit for 4" to 6" frames.

Has never been installed as an equalizer. I did use the hitch itself and the 2-5/16" ball to move an enclosed trailer one time for a short distance, but the frame brackets and bars have never been installed or used.
