I am a 52 year old male looking for a room that was converted into a living area outside of the house. I am willing to pay 300 to 350 max dollars a month with all utilities included. You must allow one 15-pound dog. I am on SSI disability, so I can cover my own food and maxx's other expenses. We must meet before we agree to the living arrangement. I am one person with one dog named Maxx, my best friend, who has legal emotional support animal documentation. I have difficulty trusting people, so please be a good person. I would prefer Springfield but am open to areas outside of Springfield. I do not have a car, so I need to be close to stores. I walk, but I still need to be close to shopping. Ask me any questions you would like. I just need a new start and hope you can help me. Again, my dog Maxx is a must, no exceptions; he is my best friend and my world. Willing to have background check if it makes you feel safer. One more thing im not close to my family because they don't except me for who I am so were not close by my choice. I could due some light labor for a little lower rent. I am a good guy who had a rough start and want to start again his real life even if it a late start at 52. Most questions I will answer.
