We are interviewing motivated individuals who enjoy "outbound" and
speaking with consumers, presenting options, and helping complete online enrollments.
Compensation & Benefits
• $3 to $5/hourly rate
• $10 bonus for every completed enrollment
• Earn up to $500 in bonus per month
• 30 hours work week, 9a-4p, CST, M-Fri.
• 30 hour paid training
• Bi-weekly Friday pay day's
What You'll Do
• Inbound and outbound opportunities for enrollments
• Present quotes and plan options to prospective clients
• Assist with electronic signatures through SMS and email
• Maintain a sales based enrollment mindset
What We're Looking For
• Strong, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone
• Reliable high-speed internet connection or backup
• Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
