The tent does need to have the seams resealed (Tent Seam-Sealer is available on Amazon for $9). Otherwise, the tent is in excellent-used-ready-to-camp-condition.
I used it twice last summer for motorcycle camping and it is light enough for hiking or biking. (Approx. 6 lbs)
