Title: Videographer Needed: Trade Show Machinery Shoot, Tue Nov 3, Orlando (OCCC)
We’re a manufacturer of small metal fasteners and the machines that set them. We’re exhibiting at the Advanced Textiles Expo in Orlando and bringing six setting machines, ranging from a hand tool to fully automatic.
We need one videographer (assistant welcome) to cover two things:
Our 20-minute live machinery demo for the expo crowd at 1:00 PM
A detailed walkthrough of each machine afterward, for short website and sales clips. This is the priority.
What matters most to us: accurate color, stable footage, and sharp, clean image quality. Brass and stainless parts need to look true on camera.
When: Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Arrive by 12:30 PM. Coverage runs 12:30 to 4:00 PM.
Where: Orange County Convention Center, West Building. Booth number shared once you’re booked. Show badge provided.
Rate: $800 flat for the 3.5-hour block. Open to counteroffers. 50% at booking, 50% on delivery of files.
What we need:
4K, 60 fps minimum, with 120 fps for slow-motion shots
Gimbal and tripod (a second camera is a plus, not required)
Macro or close-focus lens for small-part close-ups
Small LED light
Locked white balance and accurate color. If you shoot log, include a color-corrected version or your LUT.
Smooth, stable footage: tripod or gimbal for every shot, no handheld shake
Clean audio of our presenter during the demo (lav or line-out from our speaker)
Deliverables: All raw clips and audio in original resolution, uploaded to Google Drive within 3 business days. No editing required. The hiring company owns all footage.
