We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our production team at Behr's Chocolates, a food manufacturing company located in Orlando.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that requires employees to remain active throughout their shifts.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general production, packaging, and manufacturing duties.
Repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
Frequently climb steps, bend, reach, and carry materials.
Load, unload, stack, and organize boxes and production supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Follow food safety procedures and production instructions.
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb steps throughout the shift.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
Qualified candidates will participate in a two-day paid working interview to evaluate their skills, productivity, reliability, and overall performance.
Candidates who meet or exceed expectations may qualify for a higher hourly rate following the two-day evaluation, based on demonstrated performance and previous experience.
