We are a growing **MSE (Mechanically Stabilized Earth) Wall construction company** looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our field crews throughout **FL, GA, SC, and NC**.
We are hiring experienced **Foremen and Equipment Operators**, as well as motivated **Laborers** who are willing to work hard, learn the trade, and grow with the company.
Our projects involve the construction of MSE retaining wall systems for highway, roadway, commercial, and heavy civil projects.
## POSITIONS AVAILABLE
### MSE WALL FOREMEN
We are looking for experienced Foremen who can safely and efficiently lead an MSE wall crew from layout through completion.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Lead and manage MSE wall installation crews
* Coordinate daily production and manpower
* Read and understand plans, wall profiles, elevations, and construction drawings
* Oversee wall panel installation, leveling pads, reinforcement placement, backfill, and compaction
* Maintain proper wall alignment, elevation, batter, and quality
* Coordinate equipment and material needs
* Work with project management, inspectors, general contractors, and other trades
* Complete daily reports and track production
* Enforce company and jobsite safety requirements
* Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Previous MSE wall or retaining wall construction experience
* Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience
* Ability to read construction plans and use grade/elevation information
* Strong understanding of excavation, backfill, grading, and compaction
* Ability to lead a crew and maintain production expectations
* Valid driver's license preferred
* Willingness to travel as required

### HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
We are hiring experienced operators for MSE wall and heavy civil construction projects.
* Safely operate equipment around MSE wall crews and structures
* Perform excavation, grading, backfill, material handling, and compaction operations
* Maintain proper grades and elevations
* Perform daily equipment inspections
* Assist with general crew operations when needed
* Follow Foreman direction and all jobsite safety requirements
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Heavy equipment operating experience
* MSE wall, earthwork, grading, or heavy civil experience preferred
* Ability to work safely around ground personnel
* Ability to perform basic equipment inspections
* Valid driver's license preferred
* Willingness to travel as required

### MSE WALL LABORERS
Experience is preferred, but **we are willing to train dependable people who want to work and learn the MSE wall trade.**
**Responsibilities include:**
* Assist with MSE wall panel installation
* Install reinforcement/geogrid/straps as required by the wall system
* Assist with leveling pads and wall alignment
* Shovel, rake, grade, and compact backfill material
* Assist operators and Foremen with daily production
* Handle tools and construction materials
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all safety procedures and crew instructions
**Qualifications:**
* Dependable and ready to work
* Able to perform physical construction work outdoors
* Comfortable working in Florida and Southeast weather conditions
* Able to work overtime when required
* Willing to travel for projects
* Construction experience is preferred but not required for entry-level laborers
