Location: 2093 W Town Center Blvd, Orlando FL 32837 (Hunter's Creek)
We are a permitted commercial tenant build-out converting a ~2,182 SF former retail space into an outpatient physical therapy and chiropractic clinic. Master building permit is already open with Orange County. We need a licensed electrical contractor to pull the ELEC sub-permit and complete the rough-in and trim.
Scope of work:
Approx. 44 devices total (receptacles, switches, TV/data outlets, GFCI locations)
Walls are fully open — new metal stud framing, no demo, no retrofit fishing
Many outlets are back-to-back on shared studs
Dedicated 2-pole circuit for a tankless electric water heater (208V, Panel A)
Exit/emergency combo fixtures with battery backup per NFPA 101 §7.10
Reuse of existing lighting fixtures; replacement of existing exit lights
Circuit for exterior sign (separate sign permit, coordinate only)
Existing Panel A: 200A, 120/208V 3-phase — spare capacity available
Requirements:
Active Florida EC or ER license in good standing (license # required with bid)
General liability insurance and workers' comp or valid exemption (COI required)
Able to register and apply for the ELEC sub-permit through Orange County Fast Track
Willing to sign an Orange County Change of Contractor form (outgoing contractor already agreed)
