Renovating a 600-square-foot bathroom and wardrobe suite. Ready to complete demolition and to begin framing in preparation for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. All plans and drawings will be provided by the owner, who will also pull any required permits.
We are looking for an English-speaking, experienced carpenter/remodeler.
Provide information suffient to confirm background and demonstrate relevant experience (portfolio, references, or previous project details). Pay is commensuate with experience such as project management responsibilities. Expected duration is approximately 3 months and include two smaller yet significant renovation projects in the home.
