Need some help around my property and my family with general upkeep, landscaping, and ongoing organization. Tasks include weeding, edging, spreading bark, adjusting drip lines, spraying, digging, and helping fix the PTO belt on my zero-turn mower. The mower is necessary because the yard is pretty big, and getting it running again is a priority if you have experience with that.
You will also help move boxes and items around, sort belongings in the sheds and garage into trash, donation, sale, and keep piles, and help with routine house cleaning between projects.
Ideally, I am hoping to find a single person who can handle all of this, but I know it will probably take a few people with different skills and that is completely fine.
My physical limitations come and go unpredictably, meaning I might be able to do things for several hours, others for several minutes, but at some point I can be completely exhausted and unable to do anything else. Because of this, you must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You need to be in good shape for the heat and manual labor because I am not and I cannot help with heavy lifting.
This could turn into regular part-time work for the right person. I do not have a strict limit on hours until things are better managed, and in the past I had someone regular for three days a week.
