HOW WE CAN ASSIST
Every violation is different. Our process begins with reviewing the property information and the actual notice issued by Code Enforcement or the Building Department.

ENGINEERING AND PROFESSIONAL COORDINATION
STE-Inc prepares the design and construction drawings and coordinates with a Florida-licensed engineer who reviews and seals the documents within the engineer’s professional scope.
Commercial tenant spaces or projects involving specialized systems may require additional architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other professional services. Those requirements are determined after the violation notice and existing conditions have been reviewed.
Engineering and other professional fees depend on the size, condition and complexity of the project. When those costs can be established during the initial evaluation, they may be included in our written proposal. Otherwise, they will be quoted separately and approved before the additional work proceeds.
THE GENERAL PROCESS
1. Send us the violation notice and property address.
2. We review the cited issue and available project information.
3. Existing conditions are documented, and a site visit is arranged when necessary.
4. The required drawing and professional-service scope is identified.
5. A written proposal is prepared.
6. Construction documents are developed and coordinated with the required licensed professionals.
7. The completed package is provided for permit submission by the property owner, owner-builder or licensed contractor.
8. Any required corrective construction is completed by the appropriate contractor.
9. The permitting and code-enforcement authorities perform their reviews and determine whether the property has achieved compliance.
