About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right restaurant equipment solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers. You will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and supporting the sales process from the initial inquiry through the closing of the sale.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate restaurant equipment
Generate and follow up with leads from advertising, social media, referrals, and other sources
Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
Coordinate equipment orders and deliveries with the logistics team
Maintain the showroom organized, clean, and presentable
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers
Meet and work toward monthly sales goals and performance targets
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work the established Monday–Saturday schedule
