What you will do:
- Unload packages from incoming trailers safely and efficiently
- Sort packages by zip code so each shipment reaches the correct route
- Load trucks for outbound deliveries in an organized, secure manner
- Move and lift parcels weighing up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
- Follow all safety procedures and lifting practices — safety is the first core value on this floor
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the crew; everyone pitches in to get the volume out the door
- Keep work areas clear and sorted so the flow of packages stays steady
- Communicate with leads and teammates about volume, delays, or safety concerns
