Auto Center NJ Inc. is looking for motivated, friendly, and professional BDC Representatives to join our team!
We are looking for individuals who can communicate with customers, answer questions, handle incoming calls and text messages, and schedule appointments for our dealership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming customer phone calls and text messages.
Respond to customer questions about vehicles and dealership inventory.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Communicate professionally with potential buyers.
Help turn customer inquiries into confirmed showroom appointments.
