I'm currently seeking a respectful, clean and responsible roommate for my house in West Orange. I will include 1 parking spot, laundry machines on site, storage, back yard access, use of the living room, dining room, kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Roommate will have private access to his bedroom located on the 2nd floor. The full bathroom is shared, and I am the only other person living there. This location is incredible! There are 5 train stations within 5 miles. The house is 1 block away from downtown West Orange commerce. It's also 1.2 miles away from the heart of Montclair commerce. Lastly, there's Colgate Park 3 blocks away that has a summer swim club and many other amenities. The neighbors all watch out for each other and are so supportive!
