APOC 103 Bond N’ Prime Asphalt Primer can prime many surfaces such as newly laid concrete, cement decks, gypsum, masonry thermal insulation, and weathered roofing. Apply this product prior to built-up roofing. You can also use APOC 103 on weathered roofing before applying black or reflective coatings.
