Next Level Chimney & Fireplace is hiring an experienced Chimney Manager / Crew Leader to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who knows the chimney business, communicates well with homeowners, and can confidently manage jobs from inspection through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect chimneys and identify needed repairs.
Explain repair recommendations to customers.
Coordinate crews and manage jobs from start to finish.
Document work with before-and-after photos.
Ensure quality, safety, and professional job sites.
Keep customers informed throughout the project.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year professional chimney experience.
Must provide work references.
Knowledge of chimney repairs and masonry.
Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
Professional, dependable, and customer-friendly.
Sales/customer service experience preferred.
Driver’s license preferred, but not required.
Experience with liners, crowns, caps, repointing, brick repair, waterproofing, flashing, flue repairs, and general masonry is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
