We are looking for responsible and efficient individuals who want to make money to join our team as a Closer Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer guide, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer persuasion and follow up.
Responsibilities:
• Strong Negotiation and Persuasion abilities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause of the problem and finding the best solution to meet the customer's needs
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet team goals
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers, colleagues, and the company
Requirements:
• Punctuality, good attendance is a MUST.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as an Closer
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of customer follow up principles and practices
• Keep a professional environment
