My professional background includes investment operations, banking operations, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, due diligence, records management, customer service, account management, and workflow coordination.
Most recently, I worked as an Investment Operations Specialist, supporting Community Development Finance transactions from due diligence through closing and servicing. Before that, I spent over 4 years in loan documentation, processing approximately 100 consumer loan accounts per day while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.
