Open stall barn wanted for cows (Whatcom county)

Currently looking for a shuttered dairy or vacant cow barn to rent for 20-30 bred cows, maybe more, and a few heifers either for the winter or even long term.

We would store or haul in shavings and feed and haul out or spread manure and maintain building better than we found it.

We would also need to leave a small loader/scraper tractor.

Is there anything like that around Whatcom County?
