Quality Control Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Warehouse Associate to inspect, verify, and monitor products throughout the warehouse process. This role helps ensure products, orders, packaging, and shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Inspect picked orders before packaging and shipment.
Verify product numbers, descriptions, quantities, sizes, and order specifications.
Confirm the correct products are assigned to each customer order.
Identify picking errors, shortages, overages, substitutions, damaged products, or labeling issues.
Inspect packaged orders for proper packaging, labeling, and protection.
Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy.
Ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
Follow special customer instructions and complete final quality checks before shipments leave the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inspection records and report quality concerns to management.
Work closely with receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping teams to prevent errors and improve order accuracy.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or quality control experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged products, and labeling errors.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time efficiently.
