This is a frame/wheels only trailer that could be cleaned up and built to suit your needs. Surface rust everywhere, but no flaking or rust holes. I would think it could be sand blasted and primed/painted to look new. Although it is a big enough deck area to be a car hauler, the single axle would suggest lighter things such as riding mowers.
It was a 1970's Empire travel trailer that I used at my property for decades, but neighboring kids broke into it and the local critters pretty much destroyed the inside and wasn't worth trying to save it so I demolished it down to the frame.
It has electric brakes, spare tire, 2" square receiver with 2" trailer ball, and trailer sway bars and load levelers (weight distribution hitch). The tires hold air with no signs of leakage even over decades but show some cracking.
The license plates that came off of it showed a 5,000 GVW. I would think that means you could likely load about 4,000 pounds onto what you see in the pictures.
Key measurements:
17' long from bumper to hitch
8'-0" bumper is the widest piece of the trailer (easily cut down)
Likely deck size would be 7'-8" x 13'-4" (full steel frame support)
Width at tires is 7'-6", inside distance between tires is 6'-2"
Distance between main frame rails is 5'-5" on center
