Need an experienced carpenter for some light framing work in Oneonta. Weekends or weekdays, whatever days work for you. Good for a retired guy who still likes to work but doesn't want a full time job.

The work is boxing out some pipes in a basement ceiling, taking out a load bearing wall and putting in a header, and other light framing stuff as it comes up. There is more work after this so it's ongoing.

$250 a day, paid at the end of the day.

You need to have your own tools (nail gun, compressor, saws, levels etc). Pickup truck is a plus.
